Nothing is left to chance. Every detail regarding the scope of your session, the style of the imagery and your specific comfort levels must be fully discussed and mutually agreed upon between us before the cameras or lights are even turned on. You retain total control over what is captured.
2. Strict Zero-Publicity Default
By default, I operate under a 100% private framework. None of your imagery or video footage from personal sessions will ever be published publicly online, used for corporate marketing or shared on open social media platforms.
3. The “Members Only” Private Vault Exception
If, and only if, you explicitly grant written permission, selected images or video clips may be added to my private “Members only” showcase album. This specific gallery is:
- Strictly password-protected and hidden from the general public.
- Configured to be completely non-indexable, meaning it will never show up in Google search results or image engines.
- Shared exclusively with highly vetted, serious prospective clients on an individual basis.
If you prefer to keep your images entirely offline, that choice is respected without question.
4. Absolute Protection Against Third-Party Misuse
Your imagery belongs entirely to you. Under no circumstances will any of your files, personal data or contact details ever be sold to third-party websites, agencies or external entities. Furthermore, your files are protected by strict security protocols—nothing created by me will ever be used for leverage, blackmail or unauthorized distribution.
5. Secure Local Storage & Data Purging
Your raw media is handled with clinical technical discipline.
- All session files are transferred directly to localized, secure storage environments and processed offline.
- Final high-resolution deliveries are made through secure, password-protected digital links.
- To ensure complete closure, all raw footage and working project files are permanently and securely purged from my local storage drives exactly 14 days after your final delivery confirmation.
End-to-End Delivery Security: Final asset delivery is executed exclusively through premium, fully encrypted cloud-delivery networks. These links are password-protected, restricted from public download directories, and cannot be intercepted or indexed by web scrapers during the active 14-day download window.
The Right to Immediate Erasure: While my policy dictates an automatic, permanent purge of all raw and working project files exactly 14 days after final delivery, you retain the right to request the immediate, manual destruction of your data at any point prior to that window. Upon receiving a written request via my verified professional contact channels, all associated raw media will be wiped instantly from local storage.
6. Behind-the-Lens Accountability
I operate as a solo entity. This means your private files are never passed around to an open team of third-party editors, assistants, or retouchers. I personally handle your imagery from the moment the shutter clicks to the second the final, polished files are delivered to your hands.
Strict Studio Privacy / No Client Recording: To maintain the complete security and artistic integrity of the studio environment, clients are strictly prohibited from taking behind-the-scenes photos, videos or audio recordings during the setup, consultation or active shooting windows using personal smartphones or devices, unless explicitly permitted in writing.
